We accept returns for a store credit postmarked within 14 days from the date you placed your order.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise or can not be returned or refunded.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition with tags still attached.
Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will not be accepted and shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Should we feel your return does not comply with any of the above policies you will receive a STORE CREDIT.

Can I send back items from multiple orders?
YES! To save on shipping cost, you may send back multiple items on different orders as long as you include which items go with each corresponding order numbers inside the package.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also go to the 'My Account' page and check on your order status and history.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order please e-mail us immediately after your purchase at email@example.com. We are available Monday-Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm (Eastern). Once your order has been processed and fulfilled we are unable to modify your order. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and will try our very best to assist you any way possible!
